Extension Services

We offer several extension options to fit the individual needs of your hair at Salon Bellus. Each extension guest will be asked to first schedule a consultation prior to installation. During your consultation we will provide your with a color match, and the best method options for your hair. Once the hair has been chosen, we will go over at-home care as well as move-up and reinstallation options. Once we accept payment for the hair, we can then schedule your installation date. I acknowledge that the service is final after the application. Any changes to the extensions after application will be charged accordingly.

I acknowledge that hair extensions are sensitive and different from intact human hair.

I have been informed of the daily maintenance procedure. I will follow the daily maintennce procedure to keep my extensions in the best condition possible.

I am fully aware that if I brush my hair hard or if the extenons are pulled, my natural hair could be pulled from the roots. I accept full responsibility if this occurs.

In the event that I decide not to keep the hair extensions installed, I am fully responsible for the total payment of services rendered.

I understand that if an allergic reaction occurs, I will not hold my technician or salon at fault. The charge for removal of the hair extensions is not included in the original fee.

I release Salon Bellus LLC, and its operators of any liabilities resulting from my hair extension services.
